The College Process
Hi Teens,
If you are going into your Junior year of high school in the fall, you have probably started to think about the college search. BHPL has some advice! Check out our new section on the teen's website: http://teensatbhpl.weebly.com/college-prep.html. There are an unlimited amount of sources out there specifically designed to aid high school students in the college search process, and we've posted a few of them on the site for your convenience.
For high school Seniors who have still not taken the SAT, or who have not yet achieved their desired score- you still have a chance! Check this website to find out when the next SAT will be administered and register for it now!
Good luck!

Volunteers Needed!
Attention teens!
We are looking for new members to join BHPL's Teen Volunteer group. Volunteers will be asked to dedicate a few hours a week to such activities as caring for the garden behind the library, tidying up the shelves, and organizing books for a Book Sale. If you're interested, please contact the group coordinator, Amena Khan, at amena.khan@boontonholmeslibrary.org.
Being a volunteer is rewarding (and easy)! Please help us out!

Summer Reading
Summer Reading Program:
Signs ups for this year's summer reading program have officiallly begun! The theme of this year's program is "One World, Many Stories." We will be hosting differnet events that tie into the theme. Signs Ups for these events will be available at a later date.
For the Potterheads: to celebrate the release of the seventh, and final, Harry Potter film, we will focus the week leading up to July 15th on Harry Potter! This will include Harry Potter movie nights and other events, including a chance to make your own Butterbeer. If you have any suggestions for events for Harry Potter Week, let us know!
So, make sure you come into the library this week to sign up for our program! You can download the registration form online, print it, fill it out and bring it in to Anne in the Childrens' Section. Look here: http://teensatbhpl.weebly.com/summer-program.html
Summer Reading Lists:
You can find your school's reading lists on our website here: http://teensatbhpl.weebly.com/summer-reading.html, including directions on how to put a hold on a book.
